The Lab's Taproom Closes. Pilot and QA Testing Services Continue.

Three years ago, we opened The Lab as an innovation arm for start-ups and an R&D playground for established beverage companies. We created The Lab to offer beverage makers a place to conduct pilot production runs and test the quality of their recipes. We also wanted to offer a unique taproom experience that offered beverage makers the opportunity to gather anonymous customer feedback while giving consumers a chance to taste new beverages and experimental brews before they ever hit the market.

The Lab is a division of BevSource, where we help move beverage ideas forward faster with services strategically designed to propel beverage startups and scale existing beverage brands. After careful consideration, the decision has been made to close the Taproom indefinitely to focus on what we do best – helping beverage entrepreneurs and creators make their dreams a reality. To this end, The Lab’s pilot facility and full-service quality assurance lab will remain open; the consumer facing portion of the business, the Taproom, will close at the end of July. Select events that have already been booked will be supported through August.

We thank our loyal patrons, staff, friends, and family for helping us bring our vision for The Lab’s Taproom to life. You were there when the Taproom opened, and came back when we reopened after COVID. Many of you only recently discovered us. It has been our privilege to serve you all and we hope that you will stop by to hoist a final brew (or more) this month!
