The Lab offers an alternative to traditional taprooms and unparalleled access to what’s next in craft beverages. You get insider access to be the first to try inventive flavors and recipes, and your feedback will help shape the beverages of tomorrow. We have a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, concocted from the minds of the most innovative makers around the world—all available here in St. Paul.

Amongst our 12 taps, we always have a variety of drinks ranging from beer and cider to hard seltzers and hard kombucha. We also have a wide selection of ready-to-drink non-alcoholic beverages such as tea, sparkling water, protein and energy drinks, children’s beverages and more.
